I'm not a photography expert and have only used this hood a few times, but I think it is a little too short to be effective. I shot some pictures in the same location with this hood on and off and was not impressed with the results. The shots were only slightly improved and still had glare in the pictures. I will try using it in other locations and will report back if I find any change. Another big negative is that no other lenses with it. This is a 10 cent piece of plastic that cost me over $20. I regret making this purchase.

You can pickup something at the dollar store that will do better than this item. As a matter of fact, the box that it is shipped in might do better. See if they can just ship the box, and save the $13 bucks on the product!

Although my kids have gotten their hand stuck once or twice in the truck, it really wasn't a big deal. I just helped them open their hand and pull it out. Honestly, I never thought about it twice because this is really a great toy. My son got it for his 1st birthday and still plays with it at four years because it's so many toys in one: a truck with a driver, a shape sorter, a "dump truck" of sorts (back opens up), a handyman toy (buttons are in tool shape and make corresponding sounds). The little shapes expand to animals, which is my son's favorite feature. The only downside is that after 3 years of extensive use, they are starting to get stuck, but the rest of the truck still works great, while I've probably thrown away every other toy he's had since age one.
I recommend this toy and would give it to a friend's kid myself.

Great product. I wish I had discovered minidisc technology years ago. I purchase this for one reason (descrete, portable recording), but ended up using it mostly for another reason (music playback)

It's not perfect. I wish it had the AM/FM turer, but I was not willing to pay the $70 extra for the model with the tuner. I would also have been nice to record off a mike, but it has a line input and you can run your mike(s) thru a mixer if you really need to record "live".

Recordings made thru the line-input cannot be uploaded to your computer either.

But what it does it does very, very well. A single 80 min disc can hold (at maximum compression) well over 5 hours of music! It only needs a single AA cell, and that lasts for over 50 hours on playback. Well worth the money.

The Minidisk unit itself works well, it is compact, lightweight and feels kinda sturdy my only gripe with it is theres no back light and the lcd/data screen is sooo small, so its a pain to read file names. The add-on items with the exception of those horrible headphones all are very cool. But thats where my praise ends; the Sonicstage software that you use to transfer files from your computer to the MD is absolutely the worst. You actually have to take any file that you want to transfer and import them on this virtual "music drive" which is just a playlist, then, convert them to the MD format, then save them to the MD. And worse still.. the software is constantly refreshing the menu screen while its uploading/converting, so you cant really add any more files to the conversion list while its working. this all adds up to a very very time consuming process. i hate the software and im really considering retuning this MD system and just buying a more user friendly albeit more unstable cd/mp3 player.

I am so glad I did not buy into mp3. Just a few days after having the md player/recorder I knew it was right choice. I can not understand why this format is not more heavily advertised. It has it all. Sound quality, versality, convenience and did I mention sound quality? You can move tracks, title tracks, delete tracks, re-record the discs as often as you like. You can create groups of tracks and playback the groups instead of having to select individual tracks. I can put the player in my shirt pocket (can't do that with a cd player). Record your minidiscs and leave the expensive CDs at home. It won't skip and the discs are very rugged. So far what I see are all pluses and no minuses. Well, nothing's perfect. The ability to upload md tracks to my desktop computer would be nice. Prove it to yourself. Go to minidisc.org and educate yourself then pick a unit. You won't be sorry.

Sony MDRJ11G Review by that's right...music!

I dug these up today after becoming worried about taking my new ER-6i buds out with me, especially to work out. After becoming very spoiled by those wonderful phones (highly recommended!), I really expected to hate these little guys, but that wasn't the case. Now, I won't evaluate them comparatively with the aforementioned Etymotics (a ridiculous proposition), so please don't get that impression. That said, I wasn't displeased with the sound of these Sonys considering their price and intended use.

High frequencies feel rolled off or muted, kinda like turning the tone control down on an electric guitar or 2-eq-knob stereo system, but that's better than the screechy highs that some low priced 'phones deliver. Midrange seems to be tuned to emphasize vocal ranges, which may or may not be pleasing to your tastes. The bass lacks any real semblance of detail, but at least it's there in sufficient quantity without being distractingly boomy. Better still, many basslines are at least partly distinguishable in terms of the individual notes (you'd be hard pressed to identify pitches or anything like that, but you can at least tell a difference between them: better than the "1-note-bass" response of a few cheapies I've heard).

A word of warning: when I first put these on, they sounded awful, just disgusting (no bass, ultra-tinny highs/few mids), but I found this to be caused by the headphones falling too far out of the ear; to get decent sound, these must be fitted as snugly as possible (comfortably) into the ear. This is not easy for everyone, as some other reviews here attest, so your mileage may vary; my experience with these has been surprisingly positive given their budget class.

Through trial and error I have found that the headphones that wrap around each ear instead of the traditional band (over the head) style or earbud only style are best suited for very active work outs. The problem for me was that a couple of the wrap around models that I tried did not do a good job of channeling my hard earned sweat away from my ear canal. Sony has done a good job of incorporating their sport (water-resistant) over the head (band) style with the wrap around the ear style. These headphones do a pretty good job of keeping sweat out of my ear canal, the wrap around allows me to be more active without having to adjust the headphones, allows me to more comfortably wear a hat...if I wish..and the earphones are more comfortable on my ears vs. having an ear bud stuck in the ear canal. Amazon was about the only place I could find them though. These are exactly what I was looking for.

I love this cover. It works really well for nursing in public. The sides provide excellent coverage, which is not true of other brands' covers. I can switch my baby from one side to the other and not have any issues with exposure. I really like how I can see my baby while nursing him. The fabric is lightweight but opaque, so I am comfortable wearing it outdoors, even in the hot California summertime. My son (now 3 months) really seems to like it too: I think the cover provides a feeling of security to him, almost like a blanket. He has easily fallen asleep when he has nursed under it. I did not experience the issues the other reviewer described: my adjustable latch has remained secure, and the colors have stayed without running through exclusive machine washing and drying. I have been using (and washing and dying) this cover regularly since June. I especially love the print. It is beautiful, and I think it looks much better in person than in the pictures. I bought the car seat cover as well, because I love when all my baby gear is coordinated. There is a pocket in the front also, which I have never used and I am not sure what I would use it for--maybe a pacifier--but I am sure there are those who would know exactly what to use the pocket for and would praise its convenience. I highly recommend this product.

Purchased this item for the Superpad - do not know if the pad is defective or the keyboard. Pad doesn't work properly, constantly freezes so it is hard to tell where the problem is. After losing at least a quart of breastmilk. we finally gave up on this bottle. No matter how many times we adjusted the top, nor how carefully and how tightly we screwed it together, it leaked. Talking to other parents, this seems to be a common experience. Word is that the Kleen Kanteen version does not have this problem, but we have not attempted it and just stuck with glass. And with glass you can see how much the baby has taken in.

The sippy spout is good unless you're sucking very hard - then it seems to kinda collapse and also baby got some air bubbles and was hiccuping.

I do like that the spout interchangeable with ThinkBaby - we have those and I'll give those a try as well.

Overall I prefer glass (more inert), however this stainless is better for travel and lighter for baby to hold up than glass.

I have quite a few healthy drink holder options at home for him for different scenarios and needs.

This a good option. Not HG though.... sigh.

About Me: I work on a little bit of everything, home remodeling, electrical, plumbing, appliances, security systems, surveillance systems, so my favorite, gotta have tools run the gamut. My old bag was a smaller AWP of similar style.

About this bag...

First off, I just got it and loaded it up so my opinion will change as time goes on. What follows are just my initial impressions.

Pros: Nice bag. Nice construction. Looks like it will last for years. You can cram a lot of stuff in this bag. The small parts box in the bottom is a nice touch and will come in handy. Looks impressive when fully loaded.

Cons: I think they really missed the boat on how they laid out the tool storage. There are no loops for storing screw drivers and nut drivers so you either have to cram them all into one of the large inside pockets or split them up one or two to a pocket in the outside pockets. Some of the outside pockets are so deep, you can't use them for most tools so they are limited to longer tools like channel-locks or linesman pliers. Pockets for regular sized hand tools (pliers, needle-nose etc.) are also in short supply. I don't like putting more than one tool in a pocket. The zippered pocket/mesh pocket on the one end is too small. Should have been more pouch like in order to make it more crammable (is that a word?).

I'll keep it, but I'm sure I'll have to add a few "after-market" customizations to make it work for me. I uploaded some pics to give you a better idea. They sure left a little to be desired in that area. All-in-all, would I buy it again? Yes.

The bag was better than I expected. Only had it one week, but every tool I usually carry fit in the bag with room to spare. Even had room for my Rigid Cordless Drill, extra battery, and charger in the middle section. The parts container in the bottom has more then enough room for all my little parts and pieces I use. Highly recommend this bag. Have not had it long enough though to know about the rods working their way out the bottom like some of the other reviews.

My first bag from this company lasted 2 years and finally wore out ,Excellent tool bag I am a service plumber and I need a real bag to carry real tools. This is my second bag the exact same style and company CLC. The first was GREAT! The 2nd one I purchased had changed and for the worse. They added these steel dowels into the handles and into the bad vertically in all 4 corners. ALL the dowels have come out and before i knew this i scratched a customer's floor. The bag is very uncomfortable to carry..Trust me I carry this a lot all day. The sides have collapsed even with the steel dowels. The old one never had this in it. Just another example of messing up something that is aleady good. I am now trying to return this product either for an exchange or a refund. This is a $30 bag. That is not cheap. Home Depot has the same style for $20 with an additional larger bag. I liked this one and bought another . If Amazon or the company does nothing then I will buy 2 cheap ones instead of this company's now marginal product. A lot of you are probably saying this guy is just a complainer. I buy all quality tools and am a professional. I think companies need to be accountable and a lot are NOT!!!! Thanks for listening.. Good luck with your bag If you use it light duty then maybe it will not be a problem but if this company wants to hang with pros then they better man up.. I returned the bag and they were VERY Good about the return. I hate to say this but I prchased a 2 bag combo from Home depot and it was $20 (I thought I would be throwing it away in 6 months) it is still doing well . It is not as heavy duty as the CLC one but it is still in great shape . Thanks for listening and hope this helps

I've owned one of these for months now, and I have to reset it at least twice a day, every day. All you have to do is reset it and it comes back up and works great, but we have computers in different rooms, and my wife always knows that the first time she wants to use her computer she has to stop in my office and reset the router first, so it has become a habit. I decided to upgrade my existing hub to a router so that I could take full advantage of my cable service and get the firewall protection that I needed. However, I didn't want to fall into technical hell while installing it. The Siemens router solved my problem with only one minor issue which was solved late on a Sunday afternoon by their wonderful support staff. The browser-based utility and the instructions had me up and running in less than 15 minutes. The only thing that kept me from giving this a 5 star rating was that fact that the WAN and Printer connections are on the back and the LAN connections and lights are on the front. It seemed to be an unusual design.

The installation process was very smooth and the product works fine with InsightBB cable modem service. One interest thing about this machine is that this machine seems to be identical to SMC's barricade 7004ABR. The web based router set-up screen and set-up process is almost identical to the SMC's product.
